Guillaume spent most of his time at Nomura in the Leveraged and Acquisition Finance team where he was involved in advising, structuring and providing financing for complex transactions across a wide range of industries.
Most of his work is covered by confidentiality agreements, but major public transactions Guillaume was involved in include the financing for the €1.6bn acquisition of Orange Switzerland by Apax Partners in 2011 and the refinancing of around £1bn debt for the PHS Group in 2012.

At Oaktree Capital, Guillaume was involved in multiple distressed debt and turnround investments. Most of his work is covered by confidentiality agreements, but major public transactions Guillaume was involved in include the acquisition of a majority stake and turnaround of SGD Group, a maker of glass containers for the pharmaceutical and perfume industries, in 2010 and the acquisition of a majority stake in Gulmar, a Dubai-based operator of diving support vessels, in 2010.

Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations
Prior to Oaktree Capital, Guillaume spent a year at Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations in Paris.
At Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, Guillaume was involved in selecting and investing in private equity funds.

PSA Group (now Stellantis)
Prior to Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, Guillaume spent a year at Group PSA (now Stellantis) in Vélizy-Villacoublay near Paris.
At PSA, Guillaume worked in the team responsible for the R&D budget of the group and oversaw the deployment of a new ERP to help manage travel expenses inside the group.
